Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation. Please provide accurate pick-up details, date, time, and passenger count when booking.
All rates are flat rates and include standard tolls. Additional stops or extended wait times may incur extra charges. Gratuity is not included and is at your discretion.
For airport pick-ups, we track your flight in real time and adjust accordingly at no extra cost. Please include your flight number when booking.
Passengers are expected to treat our chauffeurs and vehicles respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in an unsafe or disrespectful manner.
Secret Limo is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
